Guidelines
Poster content
Your poster should comply with these guidelines:
The posters must be relevant to the field of psychedelic science
The paper title, all authors and affiliations must be displayed at the top of the poster
There should be a brief introduction, goals, methodological details (when applicable), conclusions, and references; presented in a logical and clear sequence
The research presented on the posters should be conducted ethically, with the safety and well-being of the participants in mind
Original research is highly encouraged, and we also accept methodological perspectives, meta-analyses, reviews, case reports, and other topics relevant to psychedelic science.
Size of the poster will be A0 portrait format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) as there will not be the possibility for horizontal display!
We will accept 8 posters
Who will judge your candidature
A committee of experts is composed to evaluate the applications :

Federico Seragnoli - PhD Cand,
Cyril Petignat - Msc
Morten Lietz - PhD Cand
The chosen poster applications will be validated by ALPS Scientific Advisory Board.
Set up your poster in person
In order to present your poster at the conference, you must have a conference ticket.
All presenters are encouraged to put up their posters at the beginning of the conference on Friday 11 October at 12 pm.
We will provide push pins, tape, or Velcro for hanging posters.
Present your poster in person
Each poster presenter is responsible for printing their poster and bringing it to the conference. ALPS does not print the posters. The poster should be printed in Vertical shape as there will be no option to present it horizontally.
Prepare a short tour of your poster that you can present to visitors.
Poster presenters are encouraged to stand by their posters during breaks to engage with attendees and answer any questions.
Presenters must remove their printed posters before the end of the conference
Submit your PDF poster for the website
If your application is chosen you will be contacted for the following details : your poster, a summary of your research and your profile. They will be uploaded on the alps 2024 conference website if you agree. We will ask you for your poster in .pdf, a short summary of your poster and a picture of yourself.
By submitting a poster for consideration, presenters who will be selected agree to allow their work to be displayed and published in the conference materials and online platforms.
